TrapMed is operated by Neptune Of The North Ltd., a licensed cannabis retailer registered in Quebec, Canada. By accessing or using trapmed.ca, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum legal age requirement for your province or territory to use this website. The minimum age is 21 in Quebec, 18 in Alberta, and 19 in all other provinces and territories. By registering, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement in your province.
3. Medical Document Requirement
Access to our shop requires a valid medical document. You must upload your document during registration. Your account will be reviewed and approved by our team within one business day. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access if the document is invalid, expired, or cannot be verified.
4. Purchase Limits
In accordance with the Cannabis Act and its regulations, purchases are subject to Health Canada limits on equivalent amounts of dried cannabis. No single order may exceed 30 grams of dried cannabis equivalent. TrapMed reserves the right to refuse any order that exceeds authorized limits.
5. Shipping
We ship across Canada only. Orders are shipped discreetly via tracked courier. Shipping times vary by province. TrapMed is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of cannabis products and applicable regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us at info@trapmed.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used solely for the purpose of processing your registration and orders, and for communicating with you about your account. We do not sell your data to third parties. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose. You may not attempt to circumvent age verification, purchase limits, or account approval requirements. Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
9. Limitation of Liability
TrapMed and Neptune Of The North Ltd. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
